3. Applications:
Especially suitable for making of plastics mold focused on superior anticorrosion and polishing property, widely used to high-grade transparent cosmetics and package containers and food containers.
4. Characteristics:
Our P20 is a new type of steel for plastic mold modified based on DIN1.2311 steel. By modifying the chemical compositions of the steel, the anti-acid effect become more excellent and the mirror polishing property become more superior;
Smelted in application of ESR process, the steel becomes more purified; The steel is 100% subject to ultrasonic defect detection and free of air bubbles and sir porosity.
The steel is supplied in pre-hardened state (30-36HRC) and suitable for direct molding. Softened steel and special hardening heat treatment services may be provided according to the clients' need.

For making plastic moulds especially requested the high quality of polishing feature.
